Trader Joe's Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water No Salt Added

Albacore is the most prized tuna with the lightest flesh: white with just a little pink. In fact, because of its light color, albacore is the only tuna that can technically be called “white.” At Trader Joe’s, we have an abundance of albacore options, all of which has been sustainably caught using circle hooks and nylon leads – this method of fishing reduces “by-catch,” which means it’s much less likely that other fish and sea life will be gathered up in the catch.

Our Solid White Albacore Tuna In Water No Salt Added contains two ingredients: solid white tuna and water.  Mix with avocado for a twist on the classic tuna salad – avocado-tuna toast!.
