Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using economy shipping through trusted carriers. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Refunds

At ByBies, we truly care about your experience. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to make it right.

Returns within the U.S.
We currently accept returns from customers within the United States only.

What can be returned?
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. The item must be in new condition and returned within 30 days of receiving it.

Exchange policy
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, you can return the original and place a new order.

How to return an item
All returns must be sent by mail. Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and shipping cost.

No restocking fees
We don’t charge any restocking fees. As long as the item is new and unopened, you’ll receive a full refund once we receive it.

Refund processing time
Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
