This addition to our refrigerated case is made for us with whole Brussels Sprouts, roasted to a tender, toothsome texture, and are tossed in a zesty, full-flavored sauce made with a mix of hoison, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and chili peppers. The flavors are big and complex, but never overpowering—in other words, an ideal side for a hearty entrée.
