Grown for us in California’s San Joaquin Valley, Trader Joe’s Dry Roasted & Salted Pistachios are produced without the use of a medium like oil or water (hence, dry-roasted.) This gives each Pistachio a delightfully crunchy texture that interplays impeccably with their naturally mild, buttery flavor profile, which in turn is accentuated by the addition of sea salt.
