Each Cluster is made with a mix of broken-up bits of brownie and chocolate chip cookie, which are held together with a generous dollop of rich, gooey caramel. This, in itself, would make an exceptional confection, but it’s just the beginning. Our supplier enrobes the base of each caramel-cookie-brownie combo with melted dark chocolate, then drizzles it with even more dark chocolate, before finishing with a light sprinkle of sea salt.
